Pyrostegia venusta, also commonly referred to as flamevine is a plant species in the genus Pyrostegia in the family Bignoniaceae native to southern Brazil, Bolivia, northeastern Argentina, and Paraguay; Today, this is a widely cultivated garden species. It is an evergreen, vigorous growing climber, capable of reaching 5 meters in height. The leaves are composed of two or three, opposite, pinnate leaves with 4 to 8 cm leaflets and a 3-branched tendril, all of which converge from the end of the leaf petiole. This flower plant is excellent as an indoor plant for decorating the house. You’ll plant the plant on your roof or balcony.
