Since BinnyBotanics does not directly ship the products, any refund requests or shipping claims must be raised with the relevant courier service provider.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. Depending on the situation, we may request evidence (such as photos) to assess the condition of the product. Refunds or replacements will be processed once we verify the claim. For plants, please ensure you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product to ensure eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Download Issues (if applicable): If you face issues downloading digital products (e.g., care guides, e-books, etc.), we recommend that you check your browser settings, firewall, or network configuration first. We ensure compatibility with all major browsers, and download issues are often due to client-side problems.

Product Not-As-Described: If the product you receive does not match its description, this will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To avoid such issues, we encourage customers to carefully review the available product images, descriptions, and details before making a purchase.

Irreparable Defects (if applicable): In the rare instance that you experience defects in digital products or tools, please contact our support team. Any refunds related to defective software or tools will be assessed after review by our technical team.
